FHC China 2009, The 13th International Exhibition for the Food, Drink, Hospitality, Foodservice, Bakery and Retail Industries will take place in Shanghai from 18-20 November 2009 at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). The events is the largest and longest running trade fair in China for imported food, wine, beverages and hospitality equipment.

VnC Cocktails will be supplying the cocktails at the Great Chefs of Shanghai Gala Lunch on 18th of November. The Great Chefs of Shanghai Gala Lunch and Great Italian Chefs of Shanghai Gala Lunch are two culinary extravaganzas with 16 star chefs from the best restaurants in Shanghai. The event offers lunch for 100 VIP guests per day. The finest food creations accompanied by selection of wines prepared by the top international and Italian chefs in Shanghai. Participating chefs and guests from hotels, restaurants, importers and VIPs by invitation only. This extravagant culinary events is supported by IBHS, International Branded Hotels of Shanghai.

Besides the continuing Ink on the Run andShanghai International Arts Festival, this weekend has a plethora of every music genre, art exhibitions, comedy shows, record release shows, charity wine tastings, and Oktober-festivities… and of course, live music. But we putour picks for those up already.
Friday: Bill Viola, B6’s record release party, Charity Wine Tasting, Chopshticks Comedy Show, and Joachim Garraud.
Saturday: Oktoberfest at the Boxing Cat, “An Affair in the Forest,” SCAA’s Pre-Halloween munchie fest.
