We think that any day that starts with Waffles With Roasted Peaches & Brandy Butter Sauce is the start of a great day! Set the alarm clock 10 minutes early & treat yourself to this delightful sweet treat. Remember, a day that starts well, ends well.. Choose your favourite VnC Cocktail for the perfect nightcap.
Ingredients – Serves 6 4 yellow peaches, halved, stone removed 1 tbsp caster sugar 12 Belgian-style waffles ½ cup brown sugar 60g butter 1/3 cup brandy ½ tsp ground ginger ½ tsp ground cinnamon
Method
1 Preheat a grill on high. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Place peaches onto one baking tray. Sprinkle with caster sugar. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until golden. 2 Place waffles onto second baking tray and place under grill. Cook for 2 minutes each side or until golden and heated through. 3 Heat brown sugar in a non-stick frying pan over a medium-low heat, swirling around pan occasionally until melted and a rich golden caramel colour. Add butter, shaking pan until melted. 4 Add brandy (taking care as it bubbles up), ginger and cinnamon. Stir until well combined. If mixture is too thick, add a little water 1-2 tablespoons at a time, until desired consistency. 5 Place waffles onto serving plates and top with peaches. Spoon over sauce, with extra on the side. Serve.

Having teamed up with women’s only personal training club; Girls in Gloves, gave the girls a chance to let off steam with a ‘hands on’ beginners boxing session led by club founder; Naomi Gibson.

West Hollywood - On Thursday night at the Sunset Tower Hotel, the stars came out to the 5th Annual Hollywood Domino Gala & Tournament sponsored by VnC Cocktails.
Celebrities and influencers gathered on this special night, pre-Oscars, to partake in the world-famous tournament that will benefit Artists for Peace and Justice, a non-profit organization founded by Paul Haggis and friends. The organization encourages peace and social justice and addresses issues of poverty around the world.

Proving she can conquer anything and everything, supermodel and business mogul Tyra Banks has just received her degree in the Executive Education Program for Business Owners and Entrepreneurs. The degree is an intensive two week program of back-to-back courses. Thats a big deal for someone who has so many thing on her plate, it makes our head spin…but also makes us want to do some more study ourselves. It’s never to late!
